Privacy Policy
This site (lavenderkates.com) is a portfolio showcasing the LavenderKates collection. It does not sell anything directly, does not require an account, and does not include a checkout. Purchases happen on our third-party storefronts (see Shop Our Storefronts), each of which has its own privacy policy that governs any purchase you make there.
What this site collects
Nothing, directly. There are no forms, no accounts, and no newsletter sign-up on this site. If you email us using the address on our Contact page, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email and use it only to reply to you.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies of its own, and does not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. If that changes in the future (for example, if we add privacy-friendly visit analytics to understand what pieces people are interested in), we'll update this section to say exactly what's added and why, and add a consent banner if the change requires one under applicable law.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical information for every visit (things like IP address, browser type, and request timing), the same way almost every website host does, purely for security and reliability. We don't access or use these logs ourselves.
Links to other sites
This site links out to eBay, Etsy, Chairish, Facebook, and Instagram. Once you click through, you're on their site under their privacy policy and terms. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how they handle your information.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If how this site handles information changes, this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date above.
